The Colmic Top Squidder is a boat fishing rod developed specifically for squid fishing using the Tataki technique.
Officially presented by Colmic pro-staffer Maurizio Pastacaldi, this rod is designed to offer the perfect balance of sensitivity and power during vertical fishing action.
Main Features
- Tubular Tip: An extremely sensitive and responsive tubular tip. It allows for the instantaneous detection of even the most imperceptible and light touches and strikes from cephalopods.
- Robust Blank: The structure of the blank ensures a significant power reserve. This allows the angler to handle weights (sinkers) of various sizes and to operate effectively at different depths and currents.
- Progressive Action: The action is designed to optimally support every phase of the movement imparted to the lures (e.g., the classic oppai or Colmic's Misaki jigs), reducing the risk of fish unhooking even in the event of multiple strikes.
