Thanks to these characteristics, the lure descends through the water with a slow, wobbling motion, perfect for a “slow” style retrieve, capable of effectively stimulating predator strikes.

Its use is extremely versatile: it performs best in shore jigging and slow jigging from a boat; with a fast retrieve, it can also be used as a skipping lure to target bluefish and leerfish.

All versions of the Slow Blatt Cast Oval Metal Jig are equipped with a double assist hook at the head and a single assist hook at the tail, both made by Decoy.
