MONOCOQUE BODY: the load-bearing structure consists of the now-famous Monocoque Body, a single piece of machined aluminum that gives the reel structural rigidity and resistance unattainable by any reel with an assembled body.

ZAION AIR ROTOR: Built with the most innovative composite material developed by Daiwa, it is light yet responsive, resistant, and extremely smooth thanks to its limited inertia.

AIR BAIL: A Daiwa exclusive, the Air Bail is a special hollow bail arm that widens gently and gradually to incorporate the line roller, always ensuring maximum line smoothness even when not under tension, preventing tangles.

MAGSEALED TECHNOLOGY: a special membrane of magnetized oil protects the reel's internal mechanics from water and dirt. Especially in saltwater fishing, this technology significantly extends the life of the reel by preventing the corrosive action of salt.
