Models and Main Features
There are several variants of the Kamikaze series, distinguished mainly by the finish and the shape of the point:
- Sasame Kamikaze F-388 / F-888 (Black Nickel): This is the most common version, characterized by a corrosion-resistant black finish.
- Sasame Kamikaze F-387 / F-887 (Nickel): A variant with a shiny nickel-plated finish.
- Technical Design: It features a ringed eye for secure tying, a forged shank for superior strength, and an in-point and offset/twisted design that ensures effective hooksets and reduces the risk of the fish throwing the hook.
- Penetration: The point is chemically sharpened, allowing it to pierce the toughest mouths without creating excessively large holes that could facilitate the fish's escape.
